We believe that a healthy mind is the key to a healthy body. While Yoga and Meditation don't claim to cure or treat diseases, it has been shown to have its own health benefits.

Accepted Insurances
At this time, we are in the process of credentialing and are able to see the patients with the following insurances.

Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Aetna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Community Health Choice, Molina, Tricare PPO, BCBS, Wellcare.
We also offer a discounted pricing program, the "Affordable Specialist Care Program," for our "Self Pay" patients who do not have insurance.
Patients who prefer to self-pay (cash, check, credit card), please note that these insurance plans may have subcategories. While we attempt to verify benefits prior to your visit, benefit verification is a shared responsibility. If the insurance denies any payment for referral requirement or non coverage, the responsibility for the payments falls on the patient.

We recommend initial visits in person and follow-up visits either in person or Tele-health. Our goal is to help our patients with access to health care.
