Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 business hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
Less than 48 but more than 24 business hours’ notice: $50 fee
Less than 24 but more than 8 hours’ notice: $150 fee
Within 3 hours of the appointment time, failure to appear, or late arrival beyond the grace period: $200 no-show fee
Late Arrival Grace Period
Arrivals beyond the grace period may be counted as a no-show at the provider’s discretion.
Wait Time and Visit Courtesy
Please expect a possible wait time for your appointment. While we strive to respect everyone’s time, we are equally committed to providing thorough, high-quality care to each patient.
To ensure fairness to all patients, we kindly ask that visit discussions remain within the scheduled appointment time. If additional time is needed to address further questions or concerns, please schedule a follow-up appointment rather than extending the current visit.
